Dr. George A. Krallis has over 30 years of experience with energy development and impact assessments worldwide. ESIA, EIA development for large international development projects to IFC and other international performance standards working with donor and international finance entities and developers. Technical experience includes: hydraulic, hydrologic, and environmental impact assessment studies for electric utilities, mining, and oil & gas industries. He is also active in the application of the latest hydrodynamic, transport, and fate models to assess the impact of thermal, sediment, and pollutant discharges on aquatic and marine resources in estuaries, rivers, lakes, and reservoirs. Geographic experience includes US, Canada, central America, Caribbean, eastern Europe and Balkans, central and southeast Asia, sub-Saharan Africa.

Liza van der Merwe has more than 30 years of experience in resettlement and livelihoods restoration assessment, planning and implementation according to Word Bank Safeguard Policies, IFC Performance Standards and host country resettlement legislation. She is experienced in conducting planning, implementation and management of land and rights acquisition and compensation for large infrastructure projects. She has completed numerous Social and Resettlement Risk Assessment and Due Diligence Reviews of large and complex infrastructure development projects. She has designed and conducted process and compliance monitoring of resettlement for infrastructure development and has provided specialist review and input on Resettlement Plans, Livelihoods Restoration Plans and Social Impact Assessments. She has been the Resettlement and Social lead on many ESIAs for energy projects, linear facilities, mining and extraction projects and water resources projects.

Ms. Lammers has more than 15 years of experience in ESIA studies, environmental audits, and Resettlement, coordinating and supervising the work related to biodiversity, habitats and protected areas and for Resettlement actions and capacity-building. In addition to the preparation of the studies, she has experience in the implementation of environmental and social management and monitoring (ESMMP) plans as well as resettlement action plans (RAP). She has developed and implemented ToRs for baseline biodiversity studies, fish monitoring, erosion protection and re-forestation activities. She has conducted capacity building of the local staff and other stakeholders as well as the management of the environment and social teams. She is experienced with international guidelines and standards like WB, IFC or ADB safeguards and the Equator Principles. She has developed OHS and Labor Condition guidance. She has carried out due diligence missions for HPPs and TPPs, where she had to review environmental and social impact assessments, land acquisition and resettlement, labor and working conditions, health and safety.

Mr. Robertson has more than 40 years of experience in marine equipment design, specification development, procurement, manufacturing, operations and commissioning. His experience includes dredging and mining, invasive weed management, sediment management, and international shipping logistics. He has spent most of his career in Africa and southeast Asia and has worked in more than 30 countries.

Ms. Young has more than 30 years of environmental consulting experience including water resources and watershed hydrology, and environmental impact assessment in the US an abroad. Her technical experience includes wastewater and stormwater issues and permitting, sustainable water use and allocation, facility siting, aquatic habitat, hydroelectric plants and reservoirs, water supply planning, watershed and river hydrology, floodplain planning, coastal zones and dredging. Her sector experience includes hydroelectric, coal, oil, nuclear, natural gas and wind generation, mining, water supply, manufacturing, agriculture, navigation, mid- and upstream oil and gas and local land use and watershed planning.
